At C-Solutions LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and returns for shipping containers purchased through our company.


1. Refund and Return Eligibility

We accept refund and return requests under the following circumstances:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivery: If the product delivered does not match the order.
  3. Order Cancellation: Orders canceled before shipment may be eligible for a refund, subject to cancellation fees (see Section 5).

2. Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  1. Custom or Modified Containers: Products that are customized or modified based on customer specifications.
  2. Used Containers: All used containers are sold “as is” and are non-refundable unless they arrive in a condition significantly worse than described.
  3. Non-Reported Issues: Damages or defects not reported within the specified timeframe (see Section 4).

3. Refund Process

a. Refund Approval

To qualify for a refund:

  • The issue must meet eligibility criteria (see Section 1).
  • Proof of damage, defect, or incorrect delivery must be provided (photos or videos are required).

b. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed as follows:

  • Bank Transfers: Refunds will be issued to the same bank account within 10-15 business days.
  • Credit Cards: Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

4. Reporting Damages or Defects

  1. Customers must inspect their shipping container immediately upon delivery.
  2. Any damages, defects, or discrepancies must be reported to info@c-solutionsllc.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Reports must include:
    • Order details (invoice number, product details, etc.).
    • Photos or videos of the issue.

Failure to report damages within this timeframe may void refund or return eligibility.


5. Order Cancellations

a. Before Shipment

  • Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

b. After Shipment

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

6. Return Process

  1. If a return is approved, the product must be returned in its original condition.
  2. The customer is responsible for:
    • Arranging and paying for return shipping.
    • Ensuring the product is properly loaded and secured for transportation.
  3. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund (minus applicable fees) will be issued.

7. Non-Delivery Claims

If your container does not arrive by the agreed delivery date:

  1. Contact us at info@c-solutionsllc.com.
  2. We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include expedited shipping or a refund.

8. Force Majeure

C-Solutions LLC is not responsible for delays, damages, or non-delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
